Can one artist make a difference in the future of this planet? How about a group of artists, entertainment executives and patrons? Imagine the effect such a group could have on changing the course of history...

Over fifty years ago
born of pain and misery
The world's leaders spoke together
and their words made history...

These are the words of Andrik from the song, A Promise to the World, dedicated to and written about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations. This declaration was tendered to the world in 1948 after two horrible world wars that caused the destruction of entire cultures and races on the continents of Europe and Asia. Leaders of the world were forced to constuct a document that would reestablish the democratic values and standards that are the basics for human rights in the world.

ANDRIK

As of today, this document has been ratified by representatives of virtually every nation of the world. Incredibly enough, however, despite it being the written guarantee of human rights and a decent life for every citizen on this planet, for 97% of those citizens, it still remains largely unknown. One could even say that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in the heart of the people of the planet, is a dead document.

Therefore, blatant violations of human rights continue to take place in many parts of the world, since politicians and power brokers are not forced by their constituents to respect and apply the articles and tenets contained in this declaration.

The goal of AHRT is to create a game for all artists, entertainment executives and art patrons of the world to be able through their creations, connections and donations to promote the message and the values as expressed in The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and thus create a civilization without human rights abuses, without war, and without insanity. In short, a fun world for everyone to live in with freedom, prosperity and happiness.
